We know that organising training programs for new (and existing) CA’s can be a time consuming and laborious experience. We want our CA’s to be on purpose and to support us – Chiropractors – and our patients.
Being a chiropractor with almost three decades of experience and having trained many power CAs throughout the years, I have learnt a great deal about what works when it comes to motivating, training and inspiring our CAs. This extends to our CAs being on purpose and to participate in the vision of the principle chiropractic clinic and to be a part of the life changing healing our patients experience. Our CAs are advocates for our practices and training them how to be just that is important in the running of our practices and for the health of our community.
This Chiropractic Assistant Training Program aims to transform your CAs to be on purpose with your personal vision and mission statement;
To be able to communicate the chiropractic message to your patients from the heart; and to be able to manoeuvre between the Administrative CA and the Educative CA ‘hats’
The empowerment they will receive, will transform your team to a Power Team, and uplift your business to a new, accelerated level. With role playing and a fun and learning atmosphere, your team should not miss these events.
Aeonic provides individual CA assessments in your clinic and personalized training in your surroundings, or alternatively in a group setting with other CAs from other clinics in a neutral surrounding. This has been extremely beneficial as it provides support with other CAs from other clinics, growing the CA family!
Chiropractic’s greatest principles; wellness, education, compassion and healing are translated into skill sets for your staff to learn and to use in your everyday practice, along with the administrative responsibilities attached to their roles. We provide more advanced modalities for those CAs who have been in the industry for a while. We do recommend an interview with them to see where their headspace is at, along with their expertise so we may organise a bespoke training program for them. The Chiropractors are kept in the loop, with all assessments made before and after the program, provided to the Principle Doctor.
